DELIVERY
Each piece of Claire Skelton jewellery is handmade to order in her studio outside Belfast and comes in its own box. The packaging is made from recycled material and is fully recyclable.
To protect and care for the jewellery the packaging has synthetic cotton lining which is made with renewable hydroelectric energy and is non-tarnishing.
All products will be dispatched within 10 working days of order confirmation, unless otherwise indicated.

RETURNS
We hope that you will love your piece of Claire Skelton jewellery, however we are able to accommodate refunds and exchanges for items in their original condition within 14 days of receipt and in their original packaging. Email claire@claireskeltonjewellery.com to return your item with details of your order number and reason for return. We will contact you with a credit note to be used on the store as soon as your item has been received.
Refunds of postage and packing charges are not possible. Bespoke pieces are exempt from return policies. Earrings are exempt due to hygiene reasons.
We advise you to use a recorded delivery service for your own protection. Responsibility cannot be accepted for postage fees or for any returned items damaged, lost or stolen in transit.

GIFT CARDS
Gift cards are redeemable until one year from date issued. Gift cards are not valid for bespoke commissions.
To redeem a gift card online, email claire@claireskeltonjewellery.com before purchasing your chosen items. A discount code will be created for you. Apply this code at checkout. Please note; it is for your security that codes are not created before notification. Should you wish to only partially redeem your Gift Card, note this in your email and a fresh code will be issued for the remaining value.
BESPOKE GIFT CARDS
To purchase a gift card for a bespoke commission, email claire@claireskeltonjewellery.com to discuss requirements. Gift cards must be purchased in advance to be valid. A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the full value will be retained if the order is cancelled.
